Workshop Longevity Fluency

Does your organization speak longevity?  In this workshop participants prepare to anticipate and respond effectively to increased life expectancy and to an ageing population outside and inside the organization. We start with demographic awareness (i.e. recognizing the growing segment of older adults in the population and in the workforce) and continue with explaining different generations’ priorities and needs. Participants acquire the ability to manage longevity in the workforce and in their customer base.
