Show the world you are
age-friendly
The certification process
The certification ensures workers are fully included regardless of their age. The process, from the pre-verification to the training support phase, has 4 stages.
Pre-verification phase
Learning Edge evaluates with you the probability of being successfully certified by asking you some questions. If the probability is low, we will give you suggestions for improvement and will not proceed to the subsequent phases. In this case there will be no charge.
Phase 1
If the pre-verification is successful, we will ask you to sign a contract with Learning Edge srl, as the representative of AFI in Italy, we will proceed to ask you for the data to be collected and, once the collection is complete, we will preliminarily analyze them.
Phase 2
he call is set (about 90 minutes) with the AFI commission to analyze your situation from the point of view of age-friendliness. Learning Edge will be present at the call.
The commission provides you with feedback. The areas to be improved are indicated. The commission communicates to you the outcome of the certification process. You will also be informed of how you position yourself with respect to the benchmarks.
Phase 3
Once certified:
- You will be entitled to participate in online sessions for employers in which best practices are shared and suggestions are given.
- Learning Edge assists you in communicating internally that you have been certified.
- Learning Edge provides training to support the certification. What tyoe of training the organization needs to support its age-friendliness will be decided during the pre-analysis phase.
