Individuals
Coaching and empowerment sessions
Due to the nature of the topic (personal discovery and reinvention) these empowerment sessions are engaging, immersive and hands-on. They are intended for maximizers i.e. those who want to figure-out how to make the second half of their lives the best. We work in small groups to ensure an experience more like group coaching. You will be doing exercises, reflections and discussions. Passive learners please abstain.
All our sesions are available in person (depeding on location) or online.
Individual Coaching
There can be plenty of reasons why you prefer to do the journey alone: you get more individual attention, you don’t share with other people your reflections (some like it, some don’t), you can select dates and hours to accomodate your needs. In the first session we define your goals and estimate how many sessions it will take for you to complete. You can interrupt at any time.

Midlife MOT and longevity Ikigai
If you are between 50 and 60 years old it may be useful to look back at your life before looking forward (which is what we recoomend you to focus on). This workshop will help you find your purpose (ikigai, as the Japanese call it) for the second half of your life. We call this longevity ikigai because it is not necessarily the same as the ikigai you had in the first 50 or so years of your life (usually it is different). In this webinar you will reflect on the past to find who you have become and then look into the future to clarify what purpose and goals will guide you in the second half of your life.

Close Encounters
This workshop breaks generational (and functional/divisional) silos by creating “close encounters” during which employees of different generations get an accelerated chance to know each other through conversation sparkers and games. Diagnostic with empathy maps
The goal of the diagnostic is to help you work better with the generations in your organization and to help them work better with each other. Using design thinking techniques, we listen to the different demographics to understand motivations, preferences and pain-points of each generation. We then produce a detailed anonymized (to protect your employees’ privacy) report based on our findings.

Workshop Longevity Fluency
Does your organization speak longevity?
